Today, the 27th of January 2022, the Final Conference of I AM GREEN took place online thanks to the joint organisation of the three Partners (Sinergie, Enterprise Ireland, Israel Innovation Institute) and participation of some external speakers representing the innovation ecosystem of the three countries participating in the project: Italy, Ireland and Israel.
The online event was followed live by several professionals in the entrepreneurship sector, actors of the start-up ecosystem and various interested stakeholders from all over Europe and beyond.
The Final Conference was especially aimed to sum up the main results achieved, and provide an overview on possible development and implementation opportunities of the Incubator Academy model for start-ups. In particular, the Design Option Paper (DOP), key output of the project, was presented in its final shape without neglecting the narration of the path leading I AM GREEN partners to its development.
Full version of DOP is available for free download at this link.
As said, also some external speakers made their voices heard and brought their experience as actors of the innovation ecosystem.
Lucie Sanchez, representing ARTER – Agency for Attractiveness Research and Territory, discussed about how a unique Incubator Academy Model could have a positive impact on regional differences in start-ups’ support in Italy.
Michael O’Dea, creator and manager of the Start in Ireland database, underlined the importance of the coordination of start-up supports in the Irish context.
Tal Catran, Startups & Accelerators Guru, presented the Israeli innovation ecosystem and the fundamental role of the accelerators.
In conclusion, we are proud to state that today’s event represented the optimal conclusion of I AM GREEN project, a 1-year journey that we took together and let us learn and enrich each other.
